Take Action Get Healthy.
TAGH is a game modeled after the children's game of Tag. In that game one person is "It" who must run after and tag one of the other players who then become "It."

In TAGH there are rules for health called PRINCIPLES. There are 10 PRINCIPLES and many PRINCIPALS who are the players in the game. For short we call the other players "PALS."

These are the 10 TAGH PRINCIPLES:
1. Breathe Deep
2. Drink Water
3. Get Enough Sleep
4. Eat Healthy
5. Play Actively
6. Be Loving
7. Be Forgiving
8. Be Grateful
9. Be Kind
10. Know Your Self

The objective of the game of TAGH is Take Action on a Get Healthy PRINCIPLE with one or more PALs.

"TAGH! YOU'RE IT!"


1. Choose a TAGH Task the action you will take toward feeling better using one of the 10 TAGH PRINCIPLES.

2. Tag (TAGH) someone as a PAL from the TAGH Team or invite someone new to register online to PLAY TAGH.

3. Each PAL creates a TAGH Task (the action they will take toward feeling better using one of the 10 PRINCIPLES.

4. Both choose a TAGH Tisk (a reward for completing your TAGH Task.)
If you become a member of Friendly Favors "Tís" are a great gift.TAGH Tisk.

5.How do you win the game? Enjoy completing your TAGH Task (the action you will take toward feeling better using one of the 10 TAGH PRINCIPLES.)

6.Then collect your TAGH Tisk (the reward for completing your TAGH Task.)

7.Enter the results of your game under the Bio section of your TAGH profile and Celebrate!

8. Oh, and don't forget to TAGH someone else so the game may continue.
